We are a hands on training company. Our programs address specific obstacles in your organization and on your team. The participants are challenged by experiential awareness on how they relate to one another and how they can support each other better, while staying focused on the goal.
We have a three part program: One on one pre-course assessments, on-site or off-site course room training and on-site followup. Our program is highly interactive, with the initial focus on creating awareness concerning one's willingness to be part of the 'solution' or merely part of the problem
Some of the areas we cover are: encouragement, leadership/followership skils, competition, listening skills, trust, redirecting non-productive behaviors, conflict resolution and effective meetings
